How much exercise to reduce all-cause mortality or death rate?

Conclusion: Do you want to reduce your risk of death by up to 40%? Get a minimum of 2 days a week of moderate intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes! Current physical activity guidelines recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise. Recent research shows that any activity is better than none and you can get great benefits from at least 2 days a week of moderate intensity exercise. Just get moving!! Movement is health!
